Rules / Declarations

• I agree to abide by all school rules, regulations, and policies.
• I will maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards teachers and students.
• I will take care of school property and uphold the school's reputation.
• I understand that misbehaviour or violation of rules may result in disciplinary action.
• I give permission for my child to receive basic first aid if required, and for the school to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
• I give consent for my child to be photographed or recorded during school activities, events, and programs for use in school publications, displays or social media (non-commercial use)
• I declare that the information I have provided above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
